Terms & Conditions for Kandid Clicks Photography

By booking a session with Kandid Clicks Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity and professionalism for both parties.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. This fee is deducted from your total session cost.

Remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

Accepted payment methods include cash, card, PayPal, and direct transfer.

2. Session Types Covered

These terms apply to all services, including:

Maternity, Newborn, and Family Sessions

Wedding, Elopement, and Engagement Packages

Senior Portraits, Sports Sessions, and Event Photography

In-home, outdoor, and studio sessions (our Goodyear home studio or rented studio)

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 72 hours’ notice.

If you are late or miss your session, we reserve the right to cancel without refund.

Weather or illness-related reschedules will be handled with flexibility and empathy.

Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date.

4. Session Details & Client Responsibilities

Location access is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Some outdoor venues or studios may charge fees.

Studio location availability and backdrop options may vary. We’ll confirm details during planning.

Clients should arrive on time, dressed and prepared.

Outfit guidance and access to our client closet are included only in select packages. Some dresses are free; others are available for rental.

5. Add-Ons & Services

You may add extras to your session, including:

Extra time, additional images, golden hour upgrades

Behind-the-scenes reels or video highlights

Hair and makeup referrals (not directly provided)

Second shooter or video coverage (for weddings)

All add-ons are subject to availability and pricing listed at the time of booking.

6. Photo Delivery

Digital galleries are delivered via a secure online link within 2–3 weeks (unless otherwise agreed).

Images are professionally edited. RAW files are not provided.

Sneak peeks may be available within 48–72 hours for select packages.

7. Copyright & Usage

Kandid Clicks Photography retains all copyrights to the images.

Clients receive personal-use rights to print, share, and display their photos.

Images may not be used for commercial or third-party purposes without written consent and licensing.

We may use your images for marketing unless you’ve opted out in writing.

8. Liability & Limitations

We are not responsible for poor behavior from third parties (weather, guests, property rules).

In case of emergency or photographer illness, a reschedule or refund will be offered.

We strive to deliver a consistent experience, but artistic discretion is part of every session.

My daughter Vanessa recently had her graduation photoshoot at Saguaro Lake by Rahul, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. The setting itself was absolutely beautiful—being out in the water with perfect weather created such a peaceful and breathtaking background. Rahul went out days before to make sure the water was high enough and that was just pure dedication to make sure everything was perfect.

From the very beginning, Rahul was incredibly professional, patient, and respectful. After sharing just a small background about Vanessa, he was able to bring her personality to life in such a natural and meaningful way. His creativity really stood out, and he made the entire shoot feel comfortable and effortless.

What impressed me most was how he created a liberating, free-spirited atmosphere that allowed Vanessa to fully express herself. It didn’t feel staged or forced—everything flowed so naturally, and it truly shows in the final photos. We were all on the same page and I felt he just knew our vision which was liberation.

The outcome was beyond amazing. These are moments we’ll cherish forever, and I’m so grateful for the care and talent that went into capturing such a special milestone in her life. Working with young kids can be challenging, but they were incredibly patient, organized, and made the whole process fun for everyone. They knew exactly how to capture those genuine smiles and action shots without making the kids feel pressured.
