We cover it all – corporate events (conferences, meetings, trade shows), weddings, parties, banquets, and community events. Our experience ranges from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences. In every case, we focus on capturing the key moments and atmosphere that make your event unique.
How many photographers will shoot our event?
It depends on your package and event size. Our Essential Package includes one photographer, while our Premium and VIP packages include two or more. For very large events, we can assemble a team to ensure no moment goes uncaptured.
When will we receive our event photos?
You’ll get your images in a private online gallery typically within 2–4 weeks. They’re delivered digitally, ready for sharing or printing. We work efficiently after your event so you can enjoy your photos without a long wait.
Do you shoot both indoor and outdoor events?
Absolutely. We have the gear and expertise for any setting. Whether it’s a ballroom, an office, or an outdoor venue, we adapt our lighting and approach to fit the location. We also scout light and angles ahead of time for optimal results.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the greater Phoenix area. That includes Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Surprise, Avondale, Buckeye, and many surrounding Arizona communities. If your event is a bit farther, we’re often available for travel too.
